Verification of transcript of records

Students at Uppsala University can receive two types of transcripts of records:

1. manually signed transcripts of records from the Student Office and the departments
2. electronically generated transcripts of records through the universitys Studentportal

An electronically generated transcript of records is not signed, but its authenticity can be verified by using the checksum you find at the bottom of the document.

An electronically generated transcript of records is valid for 60 days. During that period a copy of the transcript is kept by the university. The copy is a PDF-file and you need a PDF-reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) to read it. On this page you can verify transcripts that have not passed the expiry date.
